Nexterra Issues New Safety No-Contact Protocols for Customers + Employees Amidst COVID-19 Developments

Nexterra is taking serious measures to ensure the health and safety of our communities, vehicle owners, clients and employees during the evolving COVID-19 situation. Our commitment is to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19, while continuing to provide for needed services.  As such, Nexterra is strictly adhering to guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), which detail appropriate safety recommendations, guidelines and protocols.  We also continue to closely monitor information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Among the many actions we are enacting, we continue to stress the fundamentals of continuously and thoroughly cleaning all surfaces and interiors, strictly enforcing hand washing protocols, and equipping our staff and vehicles with the necessary items to do so.  Additionally, we are reducing time spent in close contact with others by limiting travel domestically and internationally.  Most importantly, any individual who is symptomatic will not report to work and must self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days. This is critical to keeping our communities, employees and customers safe.

In an effort to support social distancing and slow the rate at which the coronavirus is spreading, we want to remind all of our constituents of our differentiated options for inspections and repairs.  Vehicle owners who prefer our mobile no-contact appraisal and repairs solution for health or safety concerns, are strongly urged to take advantage of the value-added service.  The process is simple, seamless and being utilized with and for our partners and mutual vehicle owner customers across the U.S., today.

Our leadership, operational and field teams fully understand that this a period wherein we all need to come together and solve unique problems.  Fortunately, we are well positioned and continue to do everything in our power to provide unique and best-in-class client and vehicle owner solutions in an efficient, effective, safe and comforting manner.

With that in mind, we are urging vehicle owners who are currently ill, symptomatic, or have possibly been in contact with someone who is ill or symptomatic to request our no-contact inspection solution. Additionally, we encourage anyone with health complications or a compromised immune system to take advantage of this value-added service. This procedure creates peace of mind, with the goal of ensuring the well-being of our customers and Nexterra field personnel and CAT teams.
