You will get a streamlined process that can help you put your car back on the road as quickly as possible. We’ve developed a 3-step process that works with your insurance carrier to get your claim covered and repaired.

Estimate Damages

Nexterra receives your claim from your insurance carrier. We will attempt to contact you in 48 hours to schedule an inspection of your vehicle. Nexterra then submits this estimate to your insurance company.

Schedule Your Repair

We will work with you to schedule a date, time, and location for your repair that's convenient for you.

Repairs at Your Location

Our mobile repair team will repair your dents, windshield, and anything else it needs to get your vehicle back in it's original shape. The work we complete for you is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee!

They fixed some hail damage on my 2026 Ford Explorer which is barely 2 months old, and after a few hours it looks brand new! They even did all this work in my own driveway, it was so convenient. Let me know that once the evaluation was done, I could take my care car to any shop to get it fixed. They mentioned they could also use Nexterra to fix my vehicle.

Initially, I was Apprehensive about using a mobile body shop over taking it to a reputable shop in my area.  But, Corey and Xander - the team that came to evaluate my vehicle, changed my mind instantly.  They were thorough, extremely approachable and very professional. They made me feel completely comfortable in a situation where I would rather have my husband deal with “car stuff.”

How long does the Appraisal Process take?

Depending on the weather and volume of claims in your area, a typical inspection can take place within a few days. The inspection itself is typically completed within an hour. In some areas of high volume, we may have a Drive-in location available for even faster, and more thorough inspections.

Do I need to be present for the inspection?

We welcome you to be a part of our inspection process, however, you do not need to be present for the entire inspection itself. The appraiser may need access to the interior of the vehicle for items such as the VIN (Vehicle Information Number) sticker inside the door and the odometer for a mileage reading. Your assigned Field Appraiser can provide more details to you or make other arrangements prior to inspection if needed.
